We offer free standard shipping on all bike orders within the continental US. Orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days.
What kind of warranty comes with my e-bike?
We provide a 2-year limited warranty that covers the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects to ensure your peace of mind on every ride.
Can I return my bike if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 14-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply.
