At Ridstarebike, we want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all e-bikes in original, unassembled condition. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your journey, our streamlined process ensures a quick exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Equipment

  Carefully repackage your e-bike or accessories in the original factory packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and chargers are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please ensure the tracking number is recorded for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the return at our warehouse, we will process your full refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
